Client Focus: Individuals (ages 12 and above)

Presenting Issues: Addiction and Substance Use Disorders, High Performance in Sports and Academics, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Anxiety, Depression, ADHD/ASD, Grief and Loss, Infertility and Parenting, Boundaries and Relationships, Stress and Burnout, and Self-Esteem.

Educational Background: BA Psychology with double minors in Sociology and Philosophy from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College, specializing in youth and harm reduction. Additionally, an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, specializing in post-secondary students and varsity athletes. Additional training includes addictions counselling.

Outside of Work: You’ll most likely find me indulging in watching Korean dramas and anime, and spending time with my beautiful dog and other loved ones.
