Educational Background: BA Psychology with double minors in Sociology and Philosophy from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College, specializing in youth and harm reduction. Additionally, an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, specializing in post-secondary students and varsity athletes. Additional training includes addictions counselling.
Outside of Work: You’ll most likely find me indulging in watching Korean dramas and anime, and spending time with my beautiful dog and other loved ones. I also make time for physical activities, whether it’s hitting the gym, going for a leisurely walk, swimming, or enjoying a game of basketball or golf.
